Billie holiday

Billie Holiday is considered one of the greatest singers to have shaped the history of jazz in the 20th century. Her life was marked by chaos, and she was known for her blues songs filled with profound nostalgia and a sadness unique to her. She was often portrayed in black and white.

I took the initiative to create an illustration of her in color. Despite her melancholy, she conveyed a great deal of warmth through her voice. I wanted to represent her as she was on the inside, capturing the emotional depth that defined her.

Do I wanna know. J’ai opté pour le design simple d’une machine à écrire avec encrer le titre de l’album sur les touches comme une chanson d’amour insistante qu’elle représente accompagnée d’une déchirure.
